SHIPPING AND REFUNDS
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive within 3-7 business days. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. All orders will be sent through USPS or FedEx.

All other shipping cost will vary depending on merchandise weight. **FedEx/USPS offers a small flat rate of $6.80, medium flat rate of $13.45 or large flat rate of $18.75 for 3 day shipping.
We're confident that you are going to love your new purchase from My SAS Couture, but just in case, merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Any items received after this time period, will be denied. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN, UNWASHED and UNDAMAGED condition with tags still attached. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.

Problems with order?
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you believe you have received defective merchandise or the wrong item, you must contact us within 24hrs of receiving your shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
